Currently, I’m using an eSIM with Fido and I want to transfer it to my new phone, which will arrive in a week.
What’s the best way to do this?
I came across an article on Fido.ca suggesting that I could simply use the app to transfer my eSIM to the new phone. However, Fido’s live chat informed me that this option is only available for new activations, and I need to visit a store to purchase a new eSIM. This seems contradictory.
Has anyone else encountered this situation and successfully resolved it?
