Text messaging not working with Public Mobile

I recently switched to Public Mobile (PM), and everything seems to be working except for text messaging. I receive a prompt to use RCS chat, which I have not accepted. I’m unsure what happens when I text someone who is not using RCS chat.

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

Is it just an SMS issue, or can you receive inbound calls?

If it’s an SMS issue, it’s probably related to activation. Please ask the Public Mobile agent to refresh your account.
