Two days ago, all five devices linked to my account suddenly lost the ability to use mobile data when connected to the 4G or 5G network. I’ve had to manually adjust the settings on each device to switch to 3G in order to regain internet access. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? When can we expect it to be resolved?
Have you contacted technical support? They would be interested in this issue. Problems like this can be very localized, possibly affecting just one tower, depending on the cause. If 3G is still working, then the tower is partially functional.
