Rogers: Where can I go to get help with my Rogers/Yahoo email addresses

I have seven Rogers/Yahoo email addresses. However, when I attempt to sign in to make changes, I encounter a “Secure Your Account” message that requests the phone number of a smartphone capable of receiving SMS messages.

Unfortunately, I do not own such a phone. How can I bypass this message block to access the email accounts I manage?

If this is not the appropriate place to ask this question, please guide me to the correct Rogers/Yahoo support address.
