Yesterday, I spoke with several agents regarding network issues in a specific location. I had to spend over two hours on the phone with them and ended the call without any resolution. They were extremely unprofessional, had poor knowledge about the issues, and were rude. I would like to file a complaint against two of them, but I am unsure of where to do so. I would appreciate it if anyone could provide me with details on how to file a complaint with Fido’s higher authorities.
