Hello big problem I’m wondering how to get rid of Fido roaming fees while I’m now outside of Canada. I switched my phone to airplane mode and enabled Wi-Fi calling before I left Canada. I replaced my SIM card with a local one and inserted my Fido SIM card into a different phone after returning home. I was informed, however, that roaming had been activated and that I would be charged $15 CAD plus tax. With haste, I switched the phone back to airplane mode and turned on Wi-Fi calling again. I now exclusively use Fido for Wi-Fi calling. Will I be charged $15 CAD for all the days I stay in my country, or will I only be charged if I use the roaming network? How can I disable roaming?
