Fido usage data not available

I’m with fido and I’m having a problem with the My Account mobile app. When I go to check my fido data usage I don’t see it anywhere. It shows the “Additional 5 hour data” button and text only. Can anyone help me? THANKS

If changes have been made to your plan or add-ons mid-cycle, this may interrupt the availability of usage information. In this case, the usage data will be reset and will only be visible again at the start of your next billing cycle.
