APN Configuration Issue with Airalo Virtual SIM on Bell MTS: How to Regain Access?

I purchased a virtual SIM from Airalo. Before leaving for Mexico, I called Bell MTS to block my data as instructed by Airalo. The SIM card is correctly installed, but I cannot use it because I need to type in the global data in the section that says APN. However, I cannot find APN anywhere. I have been told that Bell MTS disabled it, which is ridiculous, considering I called and informed them exactly what I was doing. How can I get my APN back?
